Laurie Dolphin is an award-winning New York based designer, author, and book packager. Over the past twenty years, she has designed hundreds of book jackets for best-selling fiction and non-fiction titles. Most recently, she has turned to packaging and producing books that are stylish, sophisticated, and market-savvy. Laurie is well known in the publishing community for her ability to create innovative, user friendly, and appealing book design.

Laurie has created distinctive projects in the pop culture genre and beyond, featuring diverse topics such as music, fashion, and cooking. Some of her work includes: Secrets of Self-Healing (Avery Penguin), Closet Control (Sterling Publishers), Yoga for Regular Guys by Diamond Dallas Page (November 2005, Quirk Books), NBC's This is TODAY Book/DVD (Andrews McMeel), Today's Kitchen Cookbook (Meredith Books), Chuck D's Hip Hop Hall of Fame DVD, and Flash Frames (Watson Guptil). Laurie has also created concepts and designs for highly successful titles in the wellness genre, such as the Om Yoga series which includes Om Yoga: A Guide to Daily Practice, Om Yoga Today, and Om at Home: A Journal (Chronicle Books).

One of Laurie's most notable accomplishments in the wellness market is her work with Dr. Maoshing Ni on his book Secrets of Longevity (Chronicle Books), which has sold over 100,000 copies to date. Laurie is the co-founder and creative director of AskDrMao.com The Natural Health Search Engine™, which she co-owns with Dr. Mao.

Jessica Jones has, during her fifteen years in the publishing community, honed her skills as a publicist, editor, literary agent and book packager. She is also a member of the New York Bar Association and earned her J.D. at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City.

As a literary agent and packager, Jessica has represented and developed a wide variety of authors and projects, ranging in subject from history to chick lit to pop culture. Some of her projects include VH1's 100 Greatest Albums (Simon & Schuster); Captain Charles Tyng's 1870 memoir Before the Wind (Viking); the National Book Critic's Circle Award Nominee Milking the Moon: A Southerner's Story of Life on this Planet (Crown Publishing). Jessica is also known for having spotted the unsolicited manuscript for Legally Blonde and successfully selling the film rights.

In addition to her editorial and project management skills, Jessica brings her experience as a director of business development for both book packagers and non-publishing interests to the table for D&J Book Packaging. She has long standing experience in creating strategic partnerships and is able to seamlessly guide any corporate client through the creation of a book, whether it is exclusively for marketing purposes or trade publication.

Jessica is the author of The Art of Cheating: A Nasty Little Book for Tricky Little Schemers and their Hapless Victims (Pocket Books), and has been hailed for her incisive writing and editorial style.
